The owners are very nice and accommodating. The apartment is very clean, it has all needed equipment and it has an interesting vibe. It feels like you are in an ancient house but everything is modern and comfortable. The location has a really nice view to the valley. The house is 20 minus drive from Monopoli but it ia quiet and it is a great runaway from the hectic city.

Wonderfull place with all the things you need like home. The appartment was fully equipped with all the things you need. Even cleaning products and the essentials for cooking. Very welcoming host and neighbours. We had a very pleasent stay and would reccommend it to everyone. Close to all the tourist attractions. The neighbours are the grandparents of our host and they are lovely. Also Alessia ( the host) is very helpfull and was always happy to help and answer our questions. Book this place because you will not regret it.

A lovely place with stunning views from the swimming pool area. A fast and smooth communication, a very friendly host. Francesco was very helpful and provided detailed information about the local places and restaurants. A peaceful and relaxing area, only a short drive to Monopoli town and easy access to Alberobello, Locoronto and other cities. We had a room (large studio) for couple of nights during our week holiday with a patio and seating area, if you wish to have a breath taking views, we recommend to book room in the main villa (top floor with balcony).

Amazing property just outside of the main centre of Monopoli. Loved the cave style room. The breakfast was delicious. The host Lucia was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

Beautiful Masseria in a very quiet and lovely location. The room was spacious and furnished with style and lots of character. The swimming pool is beautiful and quiet and the breakfast is amazing. We loved the home made juices, yogurts, Raffaella is a great cook and the pastries and local fruit so delicious. The host Raffaella is lovely and very hospitable and goes over and beyond to help guests enjoy the local area. Great stay, highly recommended. Book now !

We liked everything! Great location to the center of all the beautiful and must see towns of Puglia. Neat the beaches, too. But the most important . Surrounded by the calmness, of nature between olive trees and overlooking the countryside of puglia. The accommodation is in an old truli estate, brilliantly restored by the owner, with much live and care. Three or four spacious rooms , modern and elegant redesigned in side, with all the amenities . A little swimming pool to chill out under the shades of the olives trees . And last the best of all our staying there . Breakfast ! Home made breads, right from the oven. Jams, cheeses omelettes from their own chickens . Host super friendly and a family run little B&B . Really memorable . We already miss the place !Thank you for the lovely five days .

    We loved Monopoli and I feel like we could not have found a better spot to stay in then here. It was not only such a great base to explore Puglia region but was walking distance to everything you wanted to see in monopoli. It was easy finding free parking nearby (white lines). From the moment we walked in to the apartment we were pleasantly suprised. We also received a welcome bottle of wine. Definitely would stay here again.

    Very clean, newly decorated apartment, comfortable beds and lots of on street parking nearby. Close to the train and about 15 minutes walking to the Centro Storico. We had a great stay and it was an excellent base for Monopoli and the rest of Puglia.
