Absolutely stunning views, Vania is an incredible host who went out of her way to make us welcome and made our stay an absolute joy. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtful. Exceptional place, very relaxing away from noise and pollution. Situated over the hills with breath taking views. Lovely clean outdoor swimming pool. Owners are so warm, attentive and friendly. They produce their own goat cheese which is served for breakfast. Delicious breakfast. Parking on site. You can buy delicious local produce at Val del'Apsa which is on the way up to the property. It's just a 20min drive to Urbino. Spotless very clean room.
