I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Primo Ostuni! The hotel is very beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff were absolutely amazing – always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. We supposed to arrive at the location around 10 pm but our flight was delayed so we arrived at almost 2 o clock in the morning. The owner was soo nice because he was waiting for us until that hour to give us the keys and show us the accommodation. Everything was perfect !! We had everything that we needed in the room ( from drinks and snacks to dental kit , shower caps , iron,housekeeping ) . Totally recommend this place 10/10

The room - a former garage - is beautifully decorated and feels roomy and luxureous. The bed sleeps terrific. The city center is just a 7 minute walk away. The neighbourhood is quiet enough. Upon arrival, Vanessa went out of her way to make us feel at home - she even kept a parking spot available for us! (which was a chance opportunity)

    The apartment is conveniently located a 5-6 minutes walk from the central square. There is also a possibility of free parking nearby. Angela is a very friendly and helpful host who takes care of her guests. The apartment with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms is cosy and functional and is a good choice for a short stay. Beds are comfortable.

    Location and presentation were faultless. Luna was such a help - from meeting us and helping with parking to paying attention to every possible detail to make our stay comfortable. On the edge of the old town we were away from crowds while having quick access to the town. Street parking nearby was a bonus.

    The host is very attentive and responsive on messages. We had an issue with the air conditioning but they fixed it quickly. It is a nice space and very good location with free parking nearby. Check-in was easy too.
