Finding it was easy given the coordinates and put into GPS period the hotel was clean while a pointed comfortable rooms it could have possibly used air conditioning because there is none or at least it can't be set to that very.

The view from the mini terrasse in the back of the boat is wonderful. You can sleep with the doors open to the water and it is quiet and peaceful. The water in the marina is very clean and there are plenty of fish. Breakast is delivered to the door and consists of coffee, juice and a pastry. Typically Italian, but rather basic. The host was waiting for us and was helpful and nice. All in all, good value for the money.
