It was a very calm, comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and the conviviality of the restaurant below the rooms at lunch and in the evenings. It was. Ely conveniently located in Sistiana with shops, cafes etc close by. There was ample car parking area and that made for safe pick up and drop off areas by friends etc . The room I had was modern, v clean with a comfortable bed , good storage , temperature control ,and sockets for charging . The room and the en-suite facilities were cleaned and items re-stocked every day . Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant and was served with a variety of options to suit you as much as possible . The restaurant serves also an excellent lunch and dinner menu with a wide variety of wines .

The apartment was exactly as it looked on the pictures. Thoughtful design, functional places, nice furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items, perfect for 2 guests. Dishwasher, combi oven (with microwave and steam oven functions), induction hob, fridge, wine cooler - nicely built in the kitchen island. The bed is amazingly comfortable, the bedroom is generously spacious, with enough wardrobe space for storage. Also the bathroom looks stylish, it is very clean (thanks to daily cleaning) and the designers treated the space generously. Parking is free at the hotel, just have to cross the street to reach the apartment. An elevator takes to the floors. We also got a very nice pet package upon arrival - special thanks for that, it was very attentive. The stuff was kind and helpful, we got all the support we needed. It was a great experience even in February, I'm sure this is a miraculous place during spring and summer.

Friendly receptionist. We arrived quite late at night and left early to catch our 06:00h flight therefore we did not see much of the hotel and surroundings. Hotel was clean and very quiet.

    High quality and very stylish large development in the form of a beautiful fishing village around its own harbor with an adjacent beach club. Large underground parking below the whole village means no cars and easy parking right below apartment. Apartments have large rooms easily accommodating families with separate bath rooms and a quiet air condition. The team at the front office is very helpful with recommendations for the many activities one can do in the Friulian Venetian region.

    It has free parking, had a nice restaurant just about 100 metres away. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and the staff were nice and friendly.

    Wow, the most exciting vacation. The views are breathtaking. The residential complex is closed and very quiet. Everything was amazing. The host gave detailed instructions on picking up the keys and getting to the parking. With the apartment you get free parking in the garage and beach access with sun beds. The area has a lot of clothes shops but only 2 restaurants and no grocery stores. You can bring your own food or go to the nearby supermarket and cook in the apartment.
