We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Italy. The breakfast was exceptional — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented each morning. From local pastries to fresh fruit and great coffee, every detail was thoughtfully prepared and made for a perfect start to the day. The location of the villa was equally impressive. We loved how quiet and remote it was. Guests were so respectful of other people. The allocated spaces at the pool are a great idea. Breakfast was beautiful and I liked the simplicity of what was on offer, no need to complicate it. But there was plenty of choice. The wine tasting was fantastic, staff were very generous with this and really took the time to make sure you understood them because of the language barrier. Staff were incredible here. From start to finish we were made to feel that nothing was too much for them. We had to leave early on the last morning to catch our flight but they gave us a discount because we missed breakfast, which we didn’t expect. Just 10/10 regarding staff.

Amazing stay, very clean room, beautiful setup and very friendly and hospitable owners. This is a truly amazing property that cares about tenants, a real gem in the age of renting agencies, remote reception services and key lockboxes. The breakfast was also delicious and customized to our preference. This is an amazing place for a holiday that I can truly recommend!

    Everything was exactly like in the pictures. Cozy and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The village is very nice and peaceful. Very nice, kind and helpful stuff. We went visiting Sirmione, Lake Garda and it was at just 20 min’ from the hotel with the car. The hotel had private parking and perfect value for money if you want to stay in a quite place far from the hustle and bustle of tourist points.
