+We booked rooms but it felt like we got to a big home because everything was as comfortable and accessible as at home. +the place was wonderful and we were greeted by a very nice person, unfortunately I don't remember the name. But he looked like the owner and did his best to have everything we needed and be comfortable in our Lodgings. +We gained more than we planned. The rooms were nice and clean and the 7-bed room for the youngsters was great. +the kitchen was so spacious that we were able to quickly and easily prepare dinner for our large group (18 person)

This place is one hour out of Milan and I highly recommend it as a starting point or a finishing point for your travels. Beautiful farm restoration into a hotel and restaurant. Very top notch at a reasonable price. I dare one to do better. There is a museum and cellar that should not be missed. It is the real deal. Medieval feeling, as it should since it was built in the 1200's. I can't say enough positive about the whole experience. The restaurant alone is worth the trip.

What an amazing building, the photos do not do it justice! Onsite parking was so convenient as it was very easy to walk to the historical centre. We had a lovely well equipped room and our dog was made very welcome. Roberto is an exceptional host and a wonderfully kind person - we sincerely hope that we'll have the opportunity to return. The location is perfect. Close to everything.Giulio is the perfect host. He makes you feel welcome and help you with everything you need. We really appreciated that we had a new and clean cot for our baby and a minimal style flat which was super suitable for our baby who crawls and grabs things.
