It is old building with modernization facility. Good kitchen and air condition and the parking lot is nearby also. It have a beautiful small courtyard and you can take very good portrait. just 10~15mins walking time that you can visit Higashiyoshihara. Actually, I visit East Maizuru Brick Park in the 1st day and west Maizuru for 2nd day. It is good and comfortable house for me.

The cabin was spacious (for 2 persons) and clean. The place does not have towels and we didn’t bring any, but the host quickly got us some before the farm shop closed at 18:00pm. So kind! Also, there’s a restaurant that offers a buffet style diner. All the food served is local and very very delicious.

The hotel is literally 30 seconds walk from the station. With the large shine board facing the station entrance it means there is no need to pull out to Google Maps for directions. Yes the hotel is a bit of each but the hotel style was extremely helpful and friendly. Also offers and On send hot spray ordered the floor which is free to use for a hotel guests. Just three minutes walk is the main street with lots of restaurants. What else can one ask for from a humble local hotel?

    It is a renovated old house, which is quite cool to stay. Located in a local small street, but walkable to a main street where there are quite some restaurants. Our room is spacious, the futon is very comfy. It is also handy for us to use the washing machine during our long journey, only 200 yen per wash. Parking is just around 90m away. We enjoyed a day in Maizuru with the free rental bike provided as well!
