The hotel is also about a 2 minute walk to a convenience store which was nice. Upon arrival, the "owners", the small, fluffy, cute ones greeted us at the entrance. The actual owners were also very friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. The onsen is a bit small but there weren't any guests while we went, so it felt very private.
