The location was nice however because of late snow we were unable to get out and about and enjoy the property.

The Villa is perfect for a group stay. Its location is close to the Observatory and Nobeyama train station, but it is still more convenient to have your own transport around the area at least for mobility and sightseeing. It was possible to enjoy stargazing from the balcony. The facilities are as described in the booking.com site and it was a nice thing that there was a loft, which is a good option for sleeping, especially when there are 6 guests. The stream at the back of the villa has cool, clear waters and there is a very good place to relax while doing barbecue outside. It is really a nice place to have a short vacation, combined with outdoor activities, especially for a family. It would have been nice if there were board games available. Cooking facilities are adequate, and the kitchen and dining area are well-furnished with plates and utensils. There was a vegetable stand just across the street from the villa where we got several fruits and vegetables and free lettuce(!). A parking lot for two cars is a good idea, especially for hosting a party of 6 guests.

House was incredibly clean, beautiful, great wooded area, super warm too and fully furnished! We had a lovely time and the house was incredibly comfortable! The surrounding area was also amazing and there were a few places to go in walking distance, like a very nice Korean restaurant.
