The staff was very friendly. They provided helpful advice and pointed me to the bike rental station located inside Takahata station. There is a direct connection from the train station, to the hotel and to the bike rental station, which is very convenient.

Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you! Really nice quiet hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly (Thank you again for your warm welcome). The room was big and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and the common room was lovely decorated. Close to the hotel there are a few restaurants if you want to have dinner outside.
