Super clean, extremely spacious unlike most hotels in japan. Offered a lot more than we ever expected. Absolutely loved it here. Definitely worth it. Best hotel in Japan.

Nice clean and big room with Mt Fuji View. The staff are very attentive. The moment my car entered the hotel compound, the staff rushed out to tender her service, including helping to unload the luggage and provision of the carpark entry card. The breakfast was nice. We chose the Japanese style breakfast and surprisingly, it was very elaborate. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous. We will come back here again when we next visit Gotemba. Btw, the carpark is a basement carpark, free parking, and the lift goes right up to the hotel room.

Everything! The hospitality of the owners was probably what makes this place so special. The room was cosy, comfortable, with Netflix on the tv! The private onsen (indoor and outdoor) were the cherry on top! You get free breakfast, free bikes and massage chairs. You can also do your laundry for free. The place is 3min from the lake, the location is beautiful and if I could give more stars, I would!

It feels incredibly authentic. For anyone staying here, I'd just say trust the process, the host is the sweetest little old man who hosts really fun karaoke evenings. It wasn't what we expected going into it but this place gave us some great laughs and memories for life.

This place was superb! I went at the end of my Japan trip and Hakone and this hotel were the perfect respite from the busy travelling. The room was comfortable, clean, authentic, and had an amazing view of the forest. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and continuously went the extra mile with so many things including local recommendations and dinners. It really added to my time there and made it even more special. The onsen is superb overlooking the forest.

    The hotel is newly opened & rooms were very spacious. I've booked the room with a view of Mt. Fuji, and it was amazing. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Plenty of free parking available makes it easy for people who are driving.

    The King Deluxe Room is massive. Ours was facing Mount Fuji so waking up to a beautiful view was a treat. Free parking if you have a car. Buffet breakfast was great. Brand new hotel with great amenities.
