Well maintained. Fuss free check in & check out process. There's a hand drawn map pointing out the nearby food and shopping options at the front office. Very helpful. The house was meticulously designed, clean and thoughtfully prepared (even Pajamas were provided!). The breakfast prepared exceeded my expectations as the landlady hand delivered different food every day. We requested to have a BBQ on the first night in and she set up the facilities for us ahead of time. Everything was so thoroughly prepared and we felt so well taken care of. One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in a long time. Highly highly recommend.

This hotel surprised us hugely. For the first time we got to sleep in a caravan hotel and we were a little afraid at first. The room was warm and cozy as soon as we entered. Everything was new and nothing was missing. The workers at the reception were very nice and helped with everything we needed. They even offered us food for breakfast.

Everything!! Efficient and friendly check in process. Although they had difficulties with English language, they made the effort to print out the check in process in English and use translator to communicate with us. Room was spacious, impeccably clean and well-maintained. Excellent and thoughtful room amenities (eg. Fabric freshener, pajamas, bath salt, good hairdryer, great minibar selection) and good bedding.

The Onsen was a vey nice touch, with free ice block at night, and free Yalkult in the morning. Also free in house ramen from 2130pm. Room was decent and clean, bed and pillow were comfortable, breakfast was small but enough, mostly Japanese selection. Only stayed overnight and will stay again in the future. The hotel helped us celebrate our anniversary with folded towel love-swans on the bed. How lovely!
