This hostel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. The locker is huge and the room is very clean. The staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to be helpful, which really makes you feel welcome. A great place to stay for both comfort and friendliness! Plus, it’s really a best place if you work remotely! The space is huge and the internet is very good. Definitely the best hostel in Bishkek.

We had a pleasant experience in this hostel. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff, helpful and present, spoke perfect English. It was a great way for us to approach Kyrgyzstan since the staff helped us best to plan our trip as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood is not very central but the hostel is close to both a supermarket, nice restaurants and bars and is next door to a 'tour agency that organizes tours. We left comfortably for Son Koll Lake early in the morning.

Quite unexpectedly this turned out to be a perfect hotel for me. When faced with the choice of whether to stay 2 days more in Bishkek the Orion was an additional factor that made me stay. I can't even pick one particular feature: everything is perfect or near-perfect. High ceilings, decor, breakfast and excellent service at breakfast, spa with hearty massage, impeccable cleanliness, absence of unnecessary noise and glitter and other unnecessary disturbances. Sort of elegantly understated, not an Instagram place (finally...). Very calm, very safe. On top of this I could even open my window, which is a luxury in the centre of Bishkek - it was quiet enough.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. All amenities were provided and restocked, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling for work, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, with a barista making you your favorite coffee. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and would stay there again.

Everything was brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. A lot of modern aspects to the rooms but also capturing the spirit of Kyrgyz culture. I’ve visited Kyrgyzstan every year for the past decade and this is one of my favourite accommodations in Bishkek. Staff were very friendly and I felt very welcomed. So glad that the brand new air con kept us nice and cool in the summer heat and was very relieved that the room had a washing machine which meant we could do our family of 4’s laundry after many days in Issyk Kul. Also, this was the first accommodation that we’ve stay at over the years that utilised keycards instead of normal keys. It was very convenient for access to the main gate as well as the room. When we were out in Bishkek City and had to go back, the address and phone number of the Apart Hotel was conveniently printed on the keycard so I could key it into the Yandex App. Lastly, since the place was located at the south of Bishkek, we didn’t have to deal with the Bishkek city traffic during peak hours. Everything we needed like restaurant and malls were 5-10 min away by Yandex.
