Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

If I should come back to Colombo, I would stay here again in any case. The hotel shines with its cleanliness and is very professionally run. The room has everything and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel here. The closeness to the beach is brilliant. You can reach the ocean in just 2 minutes walking distance and have a beautiful beach for walking and swimming. On the other hand, you are not just in a touristic part of the city and have various local shopping facilities and restaurants right on your doorstep. The location is very quiet and the singing of the birds makes you feel like you're not in the big capital. The internet is very fast and working the whole time. The breakfast was very delicious.

The first day in Sri Lanka we made 1 day stop in Colombo. . Darsham was a great host. Well communicating before and during our staying. He made it possible for us to check early and have a breakfast the day we came in. Arranged many things for us. The Sri Lanka's breakfast was rich and delicious. The apartment was cosy, ample, clean...just perfect. 30 min drive by tuktuk for ~Rs. 900 to the city center. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very big And comfortable. Staff was very Nice to us. Owner made us Sri Lankan breakfast every day and we even got driven to restaurant that was very Nice. There is pool on the back And it's big enough for some swimming too.

An amazing place with a great heart. lots of beautiful arts and crafts, the swimming pool was perfect, the room was very convenient and well designed, and last but definitely not least - the team!! I was able to finish my trip on a high note! From Sita's welcome to breakfast and the meal ordered in the evening, everything was perfect! The room was great, very comfortable. You feel like home. Sita's cooking is truly incredible. I really enjoyed it! Finally, the guest house is located in a quiet area, yet close to all amenities!
