Everything was good from the staff to the room. The staff were welcoming and helpful especially Samith. The room was unexpectedly awesome! I love the high ceiling and size of the room. It was perfect! I wish I had more time in Negombo.

I can't wait to write this review, because the efforts of the owners of this hotel deserve such praise. The experience was beyond expectation, the accommodation was very beautiful, the room was very clean and tidy, the owner was very warm, he would take us to see the fireflies at night, it made me feel like staying at a friend's house. It's comforting to have a healthy and delicious breakfast in the green. They offer free bikes to get around town and also offer inexpensive airport transfers. If you are coming to Negombo and you are tired of the sameness of luxury hotels, I highly recommend you to come here and experience it

Very big and comfortable bed. Room spacious with good lightning. You have a desk and wardrobe to keep your stuff in. Big bathroom with hot shower. The outside area is very clean and quiet. Perfect for your morning coffee. Kitchen available to all for cooking your breakfast. Also washing machine available (extra fee). It's close to the airport so it's great after your flight and before your flight as we did 😍 Staff very nice and welcoming. If you land in Colombo you should choose this one!

Danoushka (excuse spelling) was really helpful and brought us blankets and made us feel very welcome and cared for. Amazing pool, fun slide and another nice pool too. Delicious banana fritters.     - the location is on the beach with a great view - very good swedish buffet breakfast - we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious - the roof bar has very good cocktails - the room was very clean - there is parking at the property - all the staff were very nice and friendly
