Highlight of our Sri Lanka accommodation so far, il Frangipani is a little gem with the most hospitable and courteous staff imaginable. The breakfast is delicious and the accommodation is clean, very spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend this place as an alternative to the larger hotels on offer.

My stay at Sigiri SAAT Cabana was absolutely exceptional! This place is a true oasis of peace in the heart of nature, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka. The clean and comfortable cabins are set in a picturesque environment, blending perfectly with the wild nature of Sigiriya. The breakfasts were delicious—fresh, local ingredients and a homely atmosphere made every morning start perfectly. However, the biggest highlight of this place is the owner, Summan. Everything was great. The host is friendly and very helpful! The place is clean and the location is excellent, middle of the jungle, 5 minutes walk from lions rock. We arrived in the middle of the night and the property owner was so helpful and nice and waited for us. They made us Sri Lanka breakfast and coffee in the morning :) The rooms are simple and clean, the AC works, the pool is clean. You can hear many birds in the morning and it’s a full jungle experience. We had a late flight and the check out was late which was also no problem!

    Could see the lion rock from the room and it was very close so we were able to walk there in the morning. The staff was very friendly, welcomed us with drinks and gave us suggestions about the area, also helped with parking and luggage. Was worried about the insects as it is a tree house but it turned out to be totally fine. It was a very special and comfortable experience, the price is low too, would highly recommend this place:)

    Great location in the forest environment. Rooms with all facilities and bathroom big and very clean. All beds equip with mosquito net and fans. Free parking facility and provided room for the driver. Vehicle available with experience driver for wild tour to see elephants. Great wild tour experience with reasonable rate.

    Location is great and next to Sigiria Police station. Very comfortable bed and massive rooms. Each has its own mosquito net. Owner is very friendly and flexible. He also has his own Jeep if anyone wanted to go and see wild elephants which is helpful. Property has parking spots and reasonable size swimming pool. Food is fantastic on the flip side they don’t offer tap water but I guess that’s the norm everywhere now. Overall very lovely place.

    The highlight of this place is the lady host: polite and kind, upon arrival she immediately offered me tea and local cakes. Decent room with mosquito nets over the bed, and a large fan. Parking on the premises. Bonus: a cute little frog in my room.

    This place was amazing, the view is incredible and the room too. They had a nice bar, really helpful with my bag, tuk tuk parking, telling me where to go and how to make the trip special. Lots of people goto Sigiriya just on a day trip but I recommend staying, walking around and seeing this bit of the country was some of my favourite time in sri lanka. this place was perfect, i can't thank them enough. Also the best Mango Lassi I had in Sri Lanka

    Very nice place and atmosphere! People are really nice and welcoming. Location is perfect, really close to Sigiriya Rock. Free parking. The rooms are big, AC and fan. No hot shower but water was okay. The breakfast was super great, nice fruits and very big portions ☺️. Would definitely come back here!
