Our stay at Royal Mountain Edge, Knuckles was nothing short of magical! As part of our Sri Lankan tour, we arrived on 07/07/2025, and from the moment we stepped into this peaceful retreat, we felt completely at home. We requested a guided hike, a nature walk, and an educational tour focused on the rich flora and fauna of the Knuckles region—and the team delivered beyond our expectations. Every experience was thoughtfully curated, offering the perfect balance of adventure and insight. The infinity pool with its breathtaking mountain views quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The authentic Sri Lankan meals were a true culinary delight, bursting with flavor and tradition. One of the most memorable evenings was spent by the crackling bonfire, enjoying a delicious BBQ dinner under the stars—pure magic! Thank you to the wonderful hosts at Royal Mountain Edge for creating such a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable experience. Literally everything! From the beautiful architecture to the staff. The chef is amazing and every meal was special, the staff is incredibly kind and resourceful. Ayurveda treatments and yoga sessions are great. The silence and the view from the room will leave you speechless. Hope to be back soon!

We received a very warm welcome when arriving late in the evening. The hosts arranged a family dinner so we could relax which was delicious . I got sick before my group arrived and they offered to drive me to a doctor. The homestay is immaculate. Very clean, hot showers, comfortable beds and cool AC. Thank you for your hospitality
