A peaceful haven with exceptional hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Dar Yaza. The villa is peaceful and beautifully maintained — a perfect place to relax. Laurence is incredibly thoughtful, kind, and polite, always making sure everything is just right. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and added a personal touch to each morning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, calm, and genuine hospitality.

Our stay was exceptional and we were so sad to leave the Riad after a sunny afternoon spent on the roof terrace. The photos don’t do this place justice. The service could not have been any better - all the staff were extremely hospitable and made a fantastic breakfast every morning. Everything from the yoghurt to the cakes, pancakes and egg tagine prepared in their lovely kitchen. The rooms were lovely and we were able to have our clothes washed after a week spent travelling around morocco. The location inside the Medina is ideal, just 5 minutes from the bus station on foot. We did horse riding and surfing and the tours collected us right outside the Medina which was very convenient. Finally, it was very close to what turned out of be our favourite little fish restaurant, le vague bleue, which was also convenient! Thank you Dar Awil, we hope to come back again! In the meantime, we will recommend this lovely spot to anyone we know travelling to beautiful Essaouira!

The rooms were spacious and luxurious. Huge en-suite bathrooms. We were a group of 5 Girl friends. We felt extremely safe and the staff were very attentive to our needs. When we mentioned there was no fridge in the double bedroom we had one bought for us. As well as toiletries and lovely soft towels. The restaurant had amazing views and the location although the edge of diabat and essouirra we found the activities much more easily and could enjoy the pleasant evening walk to the medina. Easy to catch a taxi to and fro , quite cheaply from the hotel. The breakfast was top quality and a la carte. We had an amazing time at this hotel would recommend.

The location is great, right in the centre, with a good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. Said and Abdo are super friendly and helpful. Ask them for anything and they will go out of their way to try and help. We enjoyed the fact that it is a new Riad with modern, yet traditional decoration and very clean and well looked after. The apartments were clean, nicely decorated and located in quite place just 15 mins drive from Essaouira. Breakfast is very good, specially we liked a lot local bread, fresh juice and yogurt. Personal was very nice to us, as owners as well. Price/ quality is 10/10. Many thanks for our comfortable stay! Recommend!

Entering the Riad Yantiri is like a holiday dream come true. Amazing esthetic combined with good service.
