The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even if there's no restaurant area, the hotel offers you a free hot drinks machine to have your breakfast which is located in the Hall. Just in front of the hotel there's a supermarket where you can buy your cookies to enjoy with the free hot drinks. The room was simply amazing, huge and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom sanitized. There's a free WiFi which actually is a good plus for those who don't have a local SIM, so you can easily call someone by WhatsApp.

Can’t remember all their names but the staff were amazing, Ikram at the front desk was lovely! Our room was upgraded for free as well 😁 Location was good and hotel has a taxi to take too everywhere The food at the restaurant was great too!

Exceptional stay – exceeded our expectations! Everything about our stay was exceptional. We booked the accommodation on the day of our arrival in Marrakesh and ended up staying for two nights. Communication with the host was fast and easy via WhatsApp, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming. This was our third accommodation in Morocco, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is designed in a beautiful, modern Moroccan style – we loved it! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, clean, and very stylish. The location is also very convenient, especially if you're flying in or out of Marrakesh. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the airport, which was perfect since my daughter had an early flight to the Netherlands on our first morning. We decided to stay an extra night because it was so practical and comfortable. We arrived from Casablanca with a rental car, and the host kindly reserved a parking spot for us right in front of the building. The apartment is also about a 30-minute walk to the center of Marrakesh, and the neighborhood is lively in the evenings, with people out and about until midnight. We were on the fifth floor, and one of the exceptional features was the room's private terrace with a table and chairs – such a cute and cozy touch. Thank you for the beautiful experience. We will definitely return and book this accommodation again!

The Riad Ralya is a mezmerizing place, the pictures don’t even come close to how it makes you feel. The cozy rooms and the open pool area are perfect to unwind after exploring the busy marrakech. The Owner Abdel and every single person working there were so lovely. They were there for me at anytime and still always respected my privacy and space. I felt so welcome, we had hours of late night talks with tea and gorgeous traditional moroccan food, the chef Samira even invited me to learn how to cook my favourite dishes. Simo knows all the best spots in marrakech and the surrounding areas and has connections to all kinds of people which was very helpful. He showed me around and took me anywhere i wanted, explained about traditions and made me feel very safe at any time in any area. I found a new favourite place in Riad Safran Ralya and im looking forward to my next stay🤍

The house is beautiful, the rooms super well decorated and comfortable beds, the rooftop spectacular, and the best part was how we were welcome and treated and guided before and throughout the stay. It was our baby girls Bday and since we were arriving late the night before we were not able to buy/prepare any surprise for her, so Younes filled the house with balloons for our arrival and brought a delicious cake for breakfast. Couldn't be more thankful for this beautiful soul we found far from home... regarding logistics, It's only a 12 min drive to the airport and 10-12 more to the center. A real oasis close to the Medina. And you can safely park your car in front the house!
