The hotel is amazing, it’s located inside a shopping mall with lots of offers for food and drinks. The room is very spacious, clean and modern. I also recommend their buffet breakfast, it was delicious althought a little bit pricey. Staff was super kind and friendly, great customer service. Hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, and when there’s no car available they will arrange a taxi for you for free.

It’s fabulous and middle of city and reception people do a good job , always available and help what you need when you need. cleaning nice people wash all the time . Restaurant. People are very nice always to help. what did you want to eat for breakfast and they cook good food . There is no Minibar in the room the only thing I miss 🙄. The Historico Central Boutique Hotel is a slice of paradise in Mexico City. All the staff from reception to the dining room are wonderful. The rooms are luxurious and the beds feel like being in the clouds. Every floor has a basket of free fruit plus a fridge with free water bottles. Included in the room cost was 24 hour free food and coffee from their cafe. On the Day of the Dead parade there were makeup artists in the foyer to paint the guests! An exceptional hotel which I’m happy to say I’ll be going back to stay in, in 4 months.

The location is good, there are lots of shops nearby. It's a bit of a drive to get into the central area but the upside is it's close to the airport and the neighborhood has plenty of shops. The gym was great, one of the larger gym spaces I've seen and all the equipment including free weights are high quality. They have a cable machine, cardio, a rower. And I found the gym was empty during the day and usually only a couple of other guests in the morning or evening. You could spend hours in the gym without seeing anyone else! It's a great way to get in shape. The quality of the bedding was excellent. High quality mattress, nice sheets, and the some of the best pillows I've seen. Very large and firm pillows. It made for a great sleep. I found all the staff friendly and professional. The cleaning staff was easy to deal with, because I was often in the room working during the day they would schedule when to do the cleaning and always made sure it was done while I was out.

This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City.
