    1) Location good, near to eatery (walking distance) 2) Worth the price 3) Washroom quite spacious (I'm bit surprise) - 3 single bed room 😳 4) Plenty of car park (in front of hotel) 5) Cleaner staff (Sabahan I guess) very efficient/ helpful (made a complaint on tv issue), in 2 min staff came to my room & fix it

    The hotel is located adjacent to KFC and also within a short walking distance to a 24 hours mamak restaurant, so finding foods will not be a problem if you stay in this hotel. The parking space is plentiful and free as well. The area is generally safe because its located in front of a police station.
