Terrific location in Kaikohe on the main street. Easy to find and run by a wonderful manager - Mihi. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. There were secure facilities for our car and bikes (we were doing the Twin Coast Cycle trail).

Location was beautiful with a native bush walk, lovely views, peaceful and quiet. The hosts Julie and Nick were very friendly and welcoming. The log house is absolutely amazing, we have never been in a house like it, the craftmanship is incredible ! The continental breakfast was great too. A wonderful stay ! This is a very amazing experience! The house is very large, the facilities are also great, and the courtyard is beautiful. We met the hosts, who were very friendly and enthusiastic.They even made dumplings for us to celebrate Chinese New Year. This makes us feel very warm.
