Loved the building. Really pretty gardens and setting. Rooms are clean and have a kettle &fridge. Staff are lovely. Is located inside the old city walls so in the centre of everything, near the souq and Nizwa fort. Breakfast delivered to our room.

Here we really experienced old Oman and friendliness of local people. The owner came to meet us and provided nice local present on our departure. Receptionist went with us to the main parking and helped us to navigate through old city to hotels parking (it is not difficult). Room decor is high quality with sophisticated lighting system. Should not miss night walk on old city walls. We will come back

The location truly adds to the overall experience of visiting this stunning city! The host was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the most out of our trip by giving us great recommendations for places to visit and dine.
