We liked everything! It is, by far, the nicest hotel we've been to in Peru over the last 3 months. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, the staff is wonderful, the shower is fantastic, breakfast is great. There's secure parking, it's close to the main square and everything was wonderful, I cannot recommend it enough!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Right from the start, I was greeted with the kind of hospitality that makes a traveler feel genuinely welcomed. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's garden is a true oasis. Beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept, it offered a tranquil space to relax and unwind. The care put into maintaining this area is commendable. Additionally, the ability of all staff members to communicate in English was a significant advantage. It made interactions smooth and ensured that my needs were understood and addressed efficiently. We had a wonderful time here. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Very lovely people, we felt like visiting our grandma. Very nice clean room, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Perfect spot to experience real Peru and start point to get to Colca Canon.

    A good inexpensive hotel in a good location. The square is an easy walk with lots of dinner options. The room was warm given the -5 degree overnight. The facilities work well but are ageing but is still good value for money. The breakfast was basic but filling. Car parking in a secure lockup next door was great.
