Good loctation, close to some very pretty falls and far less busy then Kawasan. It is on the road of the Ceres bus from the port to Moalboal, so when you arrive by ferry you can take the bus and ask to get off here. If you continue travelling to Moalboal, you can just wait for the bus outside the property. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the pool, our own terrace and the peace. Samboan is very close (1 min by scooter), where you can find a few small eateries.

This is an excellent hotel and dive centre. Mark and Kay are lovely people, very friendly and helpful and they clearly go out of their way to ensure their guests have the best experience. The rooms are great with comfortable beds, the view is amazing. The facilities and diving/ snorkeling gear they provide is great and they have what feels like a private reef full or Marine life. I cannot reccommend this place enough.

A truly inspiring, relaxing and revitalising stay at Grace's and Matthias' household. The host family was super nice, they were very inclusive and kind-hearted. The stay was the highlight of our trip to the Philippines, the nearby waterfall was amazing. Ginatilan is an authentic place that is nice to visit. We loved our short stay in Ginatalan at the cabin. Edelyn was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. She also waited a long time for us to give us the keys as we had terrible signal on the drive from Cebu city. We arranged some trips to nearby waterfalls and visited the local town for ingredients to cook our dinner ourside on the porch. The cabin is very nice and has everything you could want for a few days. We especially liked the chilled atmosphere and rural vibes of the location.

Great location and great staff. Has bikes for rent and the owner knows all the good spots! The food is also very good and the coffee was solid! Can swim directly outside the room and enjoy the ocean sounds at night.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! It was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, with a serene atmosphere. Our room had a stunning sea view, and the location couldn’t have been better—it was so close to the whale shark watching area that we could see locals feeding them and tourists enjoying the view right from our breakfast spot. The service was impeccable. We ordered breakfast from a nearby restaurant, and the staff arranged for it to be served on the hotel’s beach, under charming shelters with tables. Having stayed in about 10 different hotels in the country, this one stands out far above the rest in every way: cleanliness, location, and service. It exceeded local standards by a wide margin. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!
