The Hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully equipped. There is a consciousness of sustainable conservation and energy management through the property. In the rooms there is a Generosity in how the rooms are designed and furnished. The Staff are amazing , they are all so conscious of trying to fulfill your every request that is within their possibilities ....starting with Amal , Sarah, Murien at the front desk to the bellhop and the room service to Mahomes at Breakfast and Shabaan at dinner ....you finally get to experience the Hospitality , Warmth and sincere Generosity of the Arab people. This is my 4th trip to Saudi over 30 yr span and for the first time I felt like an honoured guest , rather than a pesky foreigner . It was an unusual experience to see Saudi Woman at the forefront of the Hospitality industry, they are extremely efficient and pleasant . The hotel rate is expensive but GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY , location is excellent , central and accessible to most things from here . Parking is secure beneath the hotel , and entrances are easy ....porters are helpful ,old school attendance. Thank you to a Brilliant team for making our first visit to Taif memorable in every good way .

The check in and check out process was very easy, asked for extra towel and was given, full catering facilities available. This is just home away from home, you may be temped to stay even longer. I will visit and stay there again and again. Real value for money. To the owner speaks good english, very nice person always available at your service, the lady attendant good english, she is doing great work keeping the place neat and welcoming. The scent welcomes you. This is newly done units.. To the owner... God bless your work, amazing!

    Parking is available. Staff is very friendly. Very spacious rooms with heaters. Acs and wonderful facilities. They offer toothbrushes with toothpaste along with soap and shampoos. Kids areas all around the place. Very good for families.

    The best about this property is it's location... Good ambience, clean rooms., Parking available. Responsive staff, offered complimentary Arabic tea. And extra beds and blankets without charge...may be bcoz there was no rush since I visited on week days. I recommend this property.
