Attention: straight 10/10 absolutely PERFECTION. The apartment is brand new with all modernity around the house. It’s a suite rather than apartment. It has a master bedroom with king size bed, a single bed and a baby cot for our infant, drawer, AC and bathroom. The second bathroom has queen size bed, drawers, AC and a bathroom too with great view. The bedroom has balcony with AMAZING view that my husband spend with a bottle of sparkling wine provided by the host. The living room has AC and cozy chairs for children playing. The kitchen is a fully functional with all cutlery, pots and pans, fridge filled with 2 bottles of water, 4 bottles of juice, a box of milk. The host also provides bread n some spreads on the table. Very personal touch and accommodating for family. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the entire apartment. Location is the best ever in the heart of San Marino centre 50 meters or less from restaurants, shops and castles. The host is very communicative and accommodating. He welcomed us with big smiles and gave us cards for discount for castles and parking free. We travelled with 3 adults 1 toddler and 1 infant. The apartment is suitable to host 5 adults and 1 toddler/infant. Everything is spotless clean, hygienic and look at the towels: brand new white, soft and puffy like a 5 star hotel suite they are. Perfection! It’s more beautiful than the picture!

1. Location 10/10 The aparment is located in the center and main city attractions are less than 5 minutes away by foot. The area is beautiful and there is a blue parking zone in front of the building and a blue zone parking with a ramp near by, just let the host know what your licence plate number is. Being in the center there all central stores and restaurants are just few minutes away and the area is very nice and peacefull (San Marino is like that in general). 2. Apartment 10/10 The apartment is huge, clean, modern and beautiful. Every room (including the bathroom) is very spacious and I think that at least 4 people can stay there without any problems. Beds are comfortable (even the smaller ones), and the apartment has everything needed for a longer stay. The view is amazing and sound isolation is good. The weather outside was not very hot and the fans inside did a good job at keeping the apartment cool, but I am not sure if there is an actual AC in the apartment or just strong ceiling fans. 3. Host 10/10 The host was very kind and helpful. She was avaliable and helped us a lot with parking.
