Bright Moon Homestay completely exceeded our expectations! We were offered exceptional hospitality and kindness by the host and family. We enjoyed the food, the accommodation and everything about our stay. It was an amazing experience! We had such a great time, we wish we had booked a longer trip. We really enjoyed our stay...the boss is approachable and kind, the room looks great and clean also the toilet is huge and new with smart mirror we like it...the best part of our stay is bed really comfortable to sleep actually our booking is one night only but because we like it we decided to extend another 1 night...the price is cheaper but inside look expensive... highly recommend sad to say I forgot to take picture...

Mr Shu and his assistant waited for us as we cycled in in a thunderstorm and were the kindest in drying out stuff and warming our hearts. I said it as the time and it remains true now: they make the best food in Taiwan, both dinner and breakfast.

Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. They even had tvs with modern movies on them and water dispensers on each floor. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a typhoon approaching from the east whilst I was staying and they were really helpful with advice on what will happen and what to do. They helped booked taxis too and gave good food tips. Most of the staff could speak enough English to help without using google translate too. It is in a great location to walk around town and amongst lots of food places. It is a little far from the train station but I’m not sure if there is much happening up there anyway.

Location is fantastic - right by numerous bus stops so extremely easy to get around The mall next door (TaiCung Sixth Market) has fabulous food court and there are lots of great restaurants nearby Shower pressure great and hot water constant Amazing view Check in was super easy - messaged the host as we were a bit confused as to which hotel we needed to go into and she was waiting outside to greet us The apartment is in a huge building on a corner and you have to go in through Park Lane Inn, lots of hotels have different names in Chinese and when I translated the instructions the host gave me it came out as a different name which caused me some confusion
