I traveled 10 hours to get a procedure done and this hotel meet all of my expectations. My husband and son loved the breakfast, it was plenty of food and very clean eating area. I will definitely be coming back next month.

Staff were friendly and prompt to react to any requests. Room was quickly changed on arrival when original room was found not to be serviced. Hot drink always available in the foyer. Good gym, pool and washing facilities available.

Walk in shower was big and bright lights in the King room, had hot breakfast but not with the bacon and omelets as advertised, bathroom was big and roomy and had huge sink counter space to put your own toiletries. Had 3 sets of bath towels and wash clothes which is nice.

    The location was about 8-10 min away from the main shopping areas, but we didn't mind.The hotel is clean, and has a cute lobby. The staff we encountered were mostly good. There is ample free parking. The breakfast was very basic, and was ok, as it was included. But they have good pub food at a reasonable cost. We loved their Buffalo wings!
