We traveled from Germany and rented a car so it was important for us to have parking space. We had plenty of parking and we also loved the location plus close by to the police station making it a safe place to stay. The Ballantyne. neighborhood is GORGEOUS! The staff were very friendly and the cleaning ladies were also super nice and did a great job maintaining the building. Everytime I was down to do some computer work on the first level, they were always cleaning - very hard working people and I love seeing their dedication to this hard work. They deserve an extra bonus! ;) The food was amazing and tasted very good! We were happy with out breakfast!!

Great location, close to shopping mall and restaurants. The pool is a good size and the waterfall makes it interesting and fun. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of car parking spaces. We found the multi-storey car park very convenient as it was close to our rooms and there were always spaces available.

We ended up not staying there. Rooms smelled like smoke and pot and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. Made our family very uncomfortable. We went to Microtel right down the street.

The place is clean and for it to be just a place to camp out at it did its job !!! The staff was super friendly as well . BUT …. At night the parking lot was kinda creepy some sketchy looking guys were hanging out by my car. I just moved it up under the light. But definitely will use it for a place to crash again.

The valet and staff, especially Krystal, were kind, helpful and efficient. Location away from a busy street and ease of access to the hotel and free parking are pluses. Hotel is fresh, clean and quiet. King suite is large and has excellent large bathroom. Japanese restaurant upstairs was very good. Close to restaurants and large mall.
