What a great place to stay. Excellent location. Very quiet. Adjacent restaurant is very good. A great value and away from the noisy overcrowded Bar Harbor.

Incredible BnB, beautifully decorated with gorgeous bedrooms and relaxing space for guests. Everything is brand new and well thought out. Each bedroom has a stunning bathroom and a big walk-in closet and a lovely balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of tea. The beds are gigantic with super soft bedding, they are pure luxury! The hosts, Martha and Tim, are so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local knowledge of walks and places to eat. The breakfast is incredible, all home cooked and super tasty. We never wanted to leave.

Central House is exceptionally well placed in Bar Harbour with great access to all amenities and a great breakfast is available just one block away. The rooms are old-fashioned but exceptionally well presented and clean with all modern amenities. The porch gives the property amazing curb-side appeal. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great service. I had to cancel the second night due to the time on the road in a snowstorm and the owners agreed. They are very hospitable, polite and honest. Cozy place, comfortable, quiet room. Beautiful hotel well located near the sea and restaurants. Delicious breakfast.
