My sister and I really enjoyed our time here. Ari and Mark were so accommodating. They felt like family immediately. In the morning Ari baked items for breakfast (even early for us since we were on a set schedule )and Mark drove us to the airport so we could pick up our rental car. The bnb is in a good location, walking distance to Sayville's Main St, the library and the train station. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The bed and linens were really comfortable and the private bathroom had a massive tub in it.

Nice large room with everything you could need. Nice touch having a microwave and a mini mart to purchase food if needed. Added bonus of included breakfast. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The staff was super nice. They would help me with anything I needed. The place was very clean. They had food to buy for breakfast and dinner. The Smokey Bone's restaurant across the way was very good. I would stay there again.

    Michelle at front desk helped me with an issue the manager didn't. The bed and pillows are great. The Sonoma Grill off the lobby hallway offers a terrific menu at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking.

    Really clean (new?), friendly, quiet…. Nicely set up room and bathroom Comfy bed and pillows. Microwave/mini fridge with great shop to buy convenience food. Workout area clean and well equipped Plenty of close parking.
