The updates were nice and the rooms were fine for a one night stay. The breakfast area is rather small but you could take your breakfast out to the pool located across the parking lot. The buffet was basic; cereal, toast, yogurt, bagels with a few hot items as well. It was an acceptable motel if you plan to spend more time outside the motel than in. We liked being able to see the mountains while in bed along with balcony and doors which opened to it. The property is across the parking lot from a wonderful bakery for lunch breakfast and dinner. Next to the bakery is a decent pizza place.
