Staff was very helpful in moving us near the back door to parking lot. Have mobility issues so I called ahead and requested a room on the floor level. Front desk lady was more than happy to issue a better location on the floor level. Only problem was our TV channels stopped working. We had a room with pool view which had double ceiling height and very big and spacious. It was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and polite.
