Thuân was so kind and nice and the staff were very nice and helpful. The place was exactly what I needed before a flight, they were available every hour, they gave free taxi from the airport and back to the airport, and made a home made breakfast. Very recommended if you need to stay a night need the airport

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The management team, especially Ha and Hung, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. They were always available and eager to assist, whether it was booking tours or providing helpful advice for shopping in the area. The staff at the hotel were always on their feet, ready to assist with anything I needed, ensuring a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate—neat, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The combination of excellent service, a spotless room, and the personal attention provided by Ha, Hung, and the entire team made it a truly unforgettable experience. A wonderful stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel. Room was upgraded, clean, airy and well maintained. Nice room with view and balcony. What impressed me the most was the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and especially the Pho was outstanding and left a great impression. Rooftop feature and outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful view, surrounding by greenery and blooming flowers, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere..Definitely return on my next visit Hanoi! Highly recommend.!

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
