The room was comfy and had everything we needed, which was amazing considering the very low price! We only booked it for a couple of hours to get refreshed and have a nap before continuing our journey, but it was so nice we actually wished we were staying there longer :)

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. My room was spacious, tidy, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, which I really enjoyed. Check-in was a little slow, but overall, the service was professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays.

Excellent location in an authentic vietnam house and neighborhood close to the water. Excellent service from our host, Hung, met us at the gate, arranged bicycle rental for our stay, and recommended the restaurant. 7th heaven restaurant was superb, pizza cat's over the big bridge has Excellent pizza. Photos of house on Booking.com are real.
