Very nice and helpful staff, they are ready to assist you in any problem. I looooved the common area around the pool with the bar, it's very social and they organize games like beer pong in the evenings. The breakfast area is also nice and has good views.

This is our new favorite hotel in Hoi An. Robert and Flower are the friendliest hosts. From surprising us with a birthday cake for a friend, to getting ice you name it they helped us. The location can’t be beat and the pool is a lovely respite from the heat. We will be back.

We liked everything, room was spacious with a nice balkony, nice bath tub, everything was clean and we sleeped really well.. I must say breakfast is delicious and rich, you can choose from variety of dishes. And staff very helpful and with a big smile every day. We stayed for 5 nights and had a really good time. Also we liked that hotel is in quite area away from all the noisy streets but with motorcycle you are in the center in less than 10 minutes, also on the beach it's 10minutes drive..

We loved everything about this property. It was our first time to pick homestay kind of accommodation and it was amazing. The place is walking distance to hoi an town so its literally convenient for anything. Also, its a very safe area. If you would want to go to beach its few mins scooter ride from the hotel. Mr Lee was very supportive, he would help and guide you on locations that you plan to visit. Arrange us transport, even tour packages if required. So I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
