Dinh Lee and his staff are excellent, nice and helpful. The location is grate in the old quarter of Hanoi, close to good restaurants, shops, markets etc. The staff treat us very well and was extremely warm and trustful. When we visit Hanoi again I'll definitely choose Casa Dos Príncipes again, thanks to Ding Lee and his good crew.

L’Signature Hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of service and hospitality. Staying here was a true luxury. We had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a beautiful room that was fully decorated for the occasion. The fact that they took the time to arrange this special touch truly touched our hearts. Throughout our stay, the staff showered us with kindness and thoughtful details, going out of their way to help us with information about Hanoi and our upcoming destinations. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference. The hotel itself is lovely, the breakfast is varied and delicious, but above all, the staff deserves a 10/10 for their exceptional friendliness. In the 21st century, true luxury is genuine, selfless hospitality, and L’Signature embodies that perfectly. We would have loved to stay longer, but we will definitely be back. A million thanks for making our stay unforgettable!

I love everything about hotel. The staff is purely amazing. We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple. The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat. Location of the hotel is great. We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake. If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

    Hotel is in the middle of everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Balcony overlooked the street. It was easy to access everything but the street it is on is a scooter parking lot so you get the constanct revving of engines and honking. Staff was very helpful. Moved me from the 2nd floor, felt like I was on the street with all the noise, to the the 5th floor which was quieter during the night.

    This is a really nice little hotel. It is under new management and they are building it up and renovating it. WIFI was excellent. Staff are truly exceptional. They really do their best to make sure that your stay is comfortable. They also readily supply you with information. Free tea, cookies and fruit in the reception. Free parking outside the reception for motorbikes. They have a cable lock that they use to lock them with. Recommended.
