My son, wife and I only stayed one night. Best hotel of my life. We should have stayed here longer. The lady at the reception who speaks very good English is excellent. The explanation of the city center was great. We will be back soon. Thank you very much.

It was so perfect there are no words. Every moment of my stay was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and friendly. Although I was in a difficult situation on the first day of my stay, I was touched by the many staff who helped me and were genuinely considerate. I felt like I was in a fantasy during my stay, but I still can't come back to reality... 🤣 It seems like I should go swimming and enjoy a bar right now on the rooftop 🥲

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. Three bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. Two bathrooms were a huge +. The hotel offer many amenities and the best one is a large pool. We had an evening flight so we really appreciated it that we could use the pool after check out. Hotel is walking distance to the center and 6 km from the airport.

I wasn’t expecting much when I booked, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, with tasteful décor and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the lobby always smelled fresh and inviting. The location made sightseeing easy, though the street noise could be heard at night. Still, the overall experience was wonderful.

The location could not be better for a couple of days in Ho Chi Minh. Very comfortable bed, quiet location, great breakfast but most worth mentioned is the fantastic staff. Moon, Lee and the team made my stay to the greatest. They were available at on site and on WhatsUp 24/7, always there to give honest and great local travel tips, this made me feel safe as a solo traveler. Without asking they upgraded my room and when I checked out 3 am due to an night bus they had prepared a take away breakfast for me. Could not give Jan Hostel any other rating than 10/10!

We had a great time at the hotel. It might be good to know that the hotel is brand new and some areas are still under construction. Nevertheless, it is a fantastically beautiful hotel, but it is especially the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay so wonderful!

Booking was super simple, and the driver had no trouble finding the place. The moment I walked in, the modern, clean vibe was such a nice break from the chaos outside. The balcony view honestly blew me away — seeing the city stretch out like that made me feel like I’d really arrived. The staff were legends, giving me local recs for pho and coffee that turned out to be absolute gems I’d never have found on my own.
