We arrived early in the morning and everyone was still asleep, but they quickly came and we arranged everything. The whole family running the place is very kind and friendly, the location and the ambient are extremely beautiful. The breakfast is good the coffee is a must try, also the traditional Hmong dinner. We went on the bamboo trek with a local guide who gave us a lot of info regarding their culture, rice fields and production, history, etc. (Be sure to bring quality hiking/trekking shoes, sunscreen and mosquito repellent). Overall it was a very unique and nice experience. Would highly recommend.

Mr Kim was so very helpful and gave us sightseeing advice. The breakfast was very good and all staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definately recommend this as a place to stay. The guide that was organized for our trek was great and everything ran like clockwork even our shuttle to the train station.

The view from the roof bar, the quality of the service from the staff. In particular the duty manager Ok Nguyen and Tuoi were exceptionally helpful. The room was very modern and had a huge bathtub. I also appreciated the location, which was very central and only a few minutes walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Situated among picturesque mountains, it offers views that are simply breathtaking. Every morning began with me waking up, enjoying a panorama that is impossible to forget. I have never seen such silence and purity of air anywhere. The feeling that you are in the heart of nature, where even time slows down so that you can enjoy every moment. The hotel staff is a special pride. Professionalism, care and attention to detail are simply amazing. Each employee sincerely strives to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from simple advice to more complex requests. You can immediately feel that they are truly proud of their hotel and love their work. I can’t help but mention the spa treatments — it was a real relaxation for the body and soul. The massage I received not only relaxed me, but also left me with a feeling of lightness and peace. Everything was impeccable: from the decor and atmosphere to the professionalism of the therapists. You can feel that there is a lot of experience and attention to each client behind this. The hotel grounds are not just a space, they are a whole world that you want to dive into again and again. Walks in the garden, relaxing on the terrace, a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains — all this creates a unique atmosphere of peace and harmony. And, of course, I couldn’t help but mention the hotel’s cuisine — the dishes are always hot, delicious and beautifully presented. But what I liked the most about the hotel was the location - the hotel is located above the valley and has a beautiful view of the rice fields into the valley. It is located approx. 15 minutes walk from the center and offers, among other things, the possibility of renting a scooter - a perfect option for exploring the place and its surroundings. The breakfast was excellent and I also appreciate the possibility of early check-in (with an additional fee).

    Large comfortable and clean room, well decorated and furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful parking our motorbike and with our luggage. The sauna was nice (although in the US we'd call that a steam shower) but it's got limited hours. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread. The price is competitive for the room type but the amenities are not great. I would stay elsewhere unless you value the sauna highly.

    Very good, the room is very clean and new, has carpet and heating system so it is very warm. Going to the cable car station is quite close, there is a private parking space nearby.
