Everything was perfect! The staff were very attentive and friendly, and also offered good help and suggestions. I was also there during my birthday and they gave me a cake on the house, which was also really delicious. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the view was really wonderful. Really enjoyed my stay here, will definitely love to be back (:

The view from the roof bar, the quality of the service from the staff. In particular the duty manager Ok Nguyen and Tuoi were exceptionally helpful. The room was very modern and had a huge bathtub. I also appreciated the location, which was very central and only a few minutes walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hmong Sister House and was blown away by the hospitality and warmth of the staff. The homestay is a beautifully designed wooden house filled with traditional Hmong crafts and artifacts, and the natural landscape is simply stunning. One of the highlights of my stay was the opportunity to explore the nearby rice fields with the help of the friendly staff. The yellow paddle rice fields were especially fascinating and made for a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and activities for me during my stay. They were able to book everything from bus tickets to trekking tours to Fansipan trek, all at reasonable prices. I really appreciated their insights and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend Hmong Sister House to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable travel experience in a beautiful natural setting. The warm hospitality, stunning landscape, and helpful staff all combine to make for an amazing visit.

    Large comfortable and clean room, well decorated and furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful parking our motorbike and with our luggage. The sauna was nice (although in the US we'd call that a steam shower) but it's got limited hours. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread. The price is competitive for the room type but the amenities are not great. I would stay elsewhere unless you value the sauna highly.
