I can easily say that staying in Laxsik was a highlight of our North Vietnam trip with a 5 star service and facilities! We choose winter time for travelling to Sapa and the Laxsik team made our stay so comfortable, warm and enjoyable. Heated mattress was ultra comfortable in combination with warm air conditioning and heating lamps in the bathroom. We always felt warm and cozy. It was such a relief to know we don't need to visit Sapa town every time we were hungry because their restaurant served delicious food. My personal favorites were Salmon Hot Pot and Pork spring rolls! At the end of our stay I decided to spoil myself and went for herbal bath and facial massage, YOU DON'T WANT TO SKIP THIS! They use traditional techniques and herbs from nearby villages. Their breakfast was perfectly combined between local and western style options so I got to enjoy traditional noodle soup but also veggie options with delicious local fruits. My honest recommendation for everyone searching for zen escape, perfect comfort and unbeatable location! Thank you Laxsik for making me fall in love with Vietnam even more!

The family at Surelee were super warm and welcoming. We enjoyed interacting with different family members and having their kids running around. The homestay is very clean and well maintained, and has a lovely patio area with a view of the valley. And the food was delicious! We recommend ordering the family meal and sharing it with other guests.

Wonderful hosts, very beautiful location (10 km from Sapa town, so you need taxi to get back and forth at 250.000 Vietnamese dong pr way) and very nice accommodation facilities. We enjoyed two delicious dinners with the family and the other guests (200.000 pr dinner pr person). The hosts also arranged for us a trekking tour with a local Hmong woman guide on the area - beautiful experience

We got to this hotel after my boyfriend fell sick during our trekking. We needed a comfy place to rest and Sapa Mountain Queen House was much more than that. Mr. Kim immediately got us to our room and made us feel very well cared for. The bedroom was big, comfortable, and had an incredible view over the lake. When we left on the next day, Mr. Kim was wonderfully kind. Given my boyfriend's sickness he offered us some waters and delicious bánh mi to take with us. I'd 100% recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sapa!

The room - clean and spacious. The view from our room is really breathtaking we can see the Sapa Centre in the clouds ^^ Staff - really nice and always ready for any assistance. Special thank you to Trang (Front Office) for her excellent hospitality and service during our stay. Breakfast - Nothing to complain about, I love their porridge there.

Great location to cool down and relax after a long day of hiking. Clean and comfortable room, nice pool, beautiful views of the valley. The staff is really nice and helpful. Have not tested out the breakfast, restaurant or spa. Would definitely stay here again.

    Large comfortable and clean room, well decorated and furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful parking our motorbike and with our luggage. The sauna was nice (although in the US we'd call that a steam shower) but it's got limited hours. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread. The price is competitive for the room type but the amenities are not great. I would stay elsewhere unless you value the sauna highly.

    Very good, the room is very clean and new, has carpet and heating system so it is very warm. Going to the cable car station is quite close, there is a private parking space nearby.
