We are sincerely appreciative of the exceptional hospitality provided to us by Kecia & Lionel during our stay at Calm Waters Guesthouse in Plettenberg Bay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The level of comfort and safety we experienced was truly remarkable. Kecia and Lionel went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay exceptionally pleasant and stress-free. Our time at the guesthouse was made even more enjoyable by their fantastic facilities, particularly the relaxing swimming pool. Their acceptance of our three beloved yorkies - Toby, Gracey, and Nova, along with their adorable doggie, Honey, truly made our holiday special. We wholeheartedly recommend Calm Waters to anyone seeking a welcoming, safe, and dog-friendly accommodation in Plettenberg Bay. We really enjoyed staying here: the rooms are very cozy and equipped with all the amenities—kitchen, cooking essentials, washing machine, comfortable bed. The location is very convenient, close to a street lined with restaurants. There's parking available too.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we really loved the Mount Castleton accommodation. The apartment is located on a secure site. You get a chip for this when you check in or with the key so that you can drive through the barrier. There is a covered parking space marked for the apartment directly in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is quite large and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a living and dining room, a bedroom and a terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob, kettle, washing machine and all the necessary utensils such as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and washing-up liquid. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. Everything worked very well, was modern and clean. The living room is also very well equipped with sofas, TV and dining table with four chairs, so you could have a good time in the evening. The bedroom consisted of a very comfortable bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a TV. We had a great night's sleep in the bed. There was also a table with four chairs and a barbecue on the terrace. We also sat very comfortably here. There are two pools in the grounds, which are beautifully situated on a green lawn. There are also sun loungers. The host always kept in touch with us and was very friendly and helpful. Also with restaurant tips etc.
