First and foremost, I was received by the most welcoming and accomodating staff, Joanna and Remy (not sure if I spelled those correctly). I found them very helpful and so willing to make sure any requests or inquiries were take care of. I absolutely loved the space, the ambience, the comfort, the cleanliness, the calm and peace, the ease of access to and from property. The breakfast was stellar, everything was fresh and the variety and selection superb. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, so much so I went on a hunt through Ghent to find a retail store which sold the brand and scent.

The hotel has 38 rooms and suites that are decorated elegantly with antique furniture. They also feature high ceilings or sloped roofs. All rooms & suites offer views of the city, king-size beds, free WiFi, modern technology and luxury amenities. We loved the design of the hotel, especially the Cobbler Bar atmosphere, where the breakfast is served. It’s a real hipster place. Location is amazing, in the middle of the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and it is kitted with high quality furniture while also being super practical. It is set in a beautiful historic house and it has been redone to high specs. The level of comfort was exceptional and visiting with younger guests it was perfect. The room has a large window-door towards a terrace facing a charming garden with unexpected hosts... two hens! The kitchen has all utensils needed and breakfast was amazing. Very kind hosts, thank you for a wonderful stay in Ghent !

Its location is perfect for spending time near the river or in town, just a few minutes' walk.
