Everything from the fire pit with s'mores fixings, the modern immaculate rooms to the delicious breakfast were all perfect. The proprietors were kind and helpful and this place is clearly a labor of love!

The Inn was secluded and well kept. We too several pictures of the site and it is very near the ocean. Very quiet at night and the breakfast was excellent. Prepared by the in house chef and catered by the owner of the establishment.

The bed and breakfast also offers facilities for disabled guests. The location is quite unique, just few feets from the water. One can watch the tide bore from the room window(!). There is no similar setting anywhere like that. Hosts are wonderful - waited for us though we arrive very later. The breakfast was excellent.

We can recommend the Rutherford room, a stunning spacious room with a four poster bed and a beautiful bathroom with very large shower. Jen is an amazing host. Breakfast was very good as well.

Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and quiet street. great hosts and excellent breakfast. Lovely rooms and beautiful location. Pleasure to visit and the hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable. They phoned a restaurant to ensure we had a reservation when we arrived at 6pm. we would thoroughly recommend this B&B. The fort and French habitation make this a very interesting visit
