The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The hotel is seconds from the ski area. Literally right out the front door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very family friendly. View from our room was what we envisioned from a Swiss chalet. Bus service from hotel to downtown Grindelwald comes 4x times an hours and only minutes away. Will definitely go again.

It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is cozy and graceful with wonderful room view. Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. The stay was wonderful, however it would be a better booking process if you took payment at the time of booking through Booking.com . I had my credit card hacked after I thought I had paid for the room in advance and changed the credit card details in the meantime, however the credit card when payment was due prior to arrival would not process because of obvious reasons. The threat of cancelling the booking was unfounded until my new details were to hand.

Location of the hotel is great, only 15-20 mins walk from Interlaken Ost and West train stations. Room was comfortable and clean. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast included various choices, excellent quality of hot and cold dishes, delicious cheese selection. Having great breakfast on the terrace in this 'old' building watching the mountains and enjoying the beautiful environment with fresh air early morning..it is unforgettable.

Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese fondue, raclette and tarte flambée. It also features a new spa area. Central position, very nice stuff and good breakfast! Clean rooms and nice restaurant in hotel. We stayed in Love room that have a jakuzzi and a big terrace on the first floor, and it was wonderful!

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!
