The mountains and the views can’t be discribed. The hotel is so beautiful so cozy and nice, the view from the porch is like you are looking at piece of art. The staff of the hotel were so nice and helpful, especially the lady who stays at evening. The breakfast is simple and good.

It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. We like everything about this place, it’s away from the city, the view is spectacular, staffs are very good, food are amazing! Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Nice views, cozy lobby and room. Helpful staff. Picnic room is a plus. Location is excellent!

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. The stay was wonderful, however it would be a better booking process if you took payment at the time of booking through Booking.com . I had my credit card hacked after I thought I had paid for the room in advance and changed the credit card details in the meantime, however the credit card when payment was due prior to arrival would not process because of obvious reasons. The threat of cancelling the booking was unfounded until my new details were to hand.
