This hotel’s hospitality is on another level and I was surprised. The room and hotel were clean and has beautiful modern design. You have access to free gym and laundry. Breakfast was delicious. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to many great attractions. Walking from closet Huqiu station can take around 15mins so the closest station is far but there are some bus stops very close to hotel. Mr May was extremely helpful during my stay. He even took me to the bus stop and waited together to make sure I get on right bus to go to Suzhou railway station on my last day of stay. I was very lucky because my stay coincide with hotel’s free culture explore tour. It was a walking tour from Hotel to Xiyuan temple, Lingering garden, Shantang street and Ximinqiao market. The hotel staff even helped to get lunch ( famous vegetarian noodle & vegetarian bun at Xiyuan temple) and Suzhou’s famous snacks & drinks in Ximinqiao market. The hotel also gave free sourvenir (a hand-drawn bookmark from a famous artist) in Shantang street. I was able to understand more about Suzhou’s culture and history after the tour. All of the activities were free. It seems that the hotel also will prepare tours for other routes in the future too. I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time I come back to Suzhou and join another tour. Tip: if it’s a walking tour, make sure you have sunblock, bringing hat or umbrella since it can be quite sunny outside.

Staff was professional and helpful.

Pan Pacific Suzhou is located next to Panmen Park Scenery Area, just 3 km from the famous Guanqian Street. The property features free parking spaces and boasts two swimming pools. Guests can enjoy a nice meal at the on-site buffet restaurant. Fabulous attention and service all around. I wish I would have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff spoke English and were very helpful for helping me book some tickets.
