Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Local restaurants and shops can be found within a 2-minute walk. The La Fortuna Waterfall is a 5-minute drive away, while Juan Santamaría International Airport is a 2-hour drive away. Free parking is provided at the hotel. It was absolutely brilliant. Sadly we spend there just one night before heading back to airport. Next time we coming for morecnights for sure. Breakfast is excellent and hot springs in Volcano Lodge are very nice especially on evening.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. the resort felt like a nice neighborhood. the king suite rooms were duplex and very spacious. There was a little fridge in the room too. we loved the thermal pools since it was cool while we were there. they are like a regular pol with warm spring water. the food was very good and plentiful with a variety.
